How Do I pair the Earbuds

For Quick Activation of new earbuds:

1. Peel off the covers on the charging tips,

2. Put shells back in the box. Open + Re-Open the Lid.

3. Shells pair automatically with nearest device.

if you were not able to pair this way, put the earbuds back in the charging case and press the quick-pairing button in the center of the case.

What Music Genres Can I Listen To

EQ to customize sound is available via the app while playing music

Noise Cancellation and Transparency mode are available on earbuds when music plays. (not during calls)

How is the battery life?

The Earbuds have a full 7 Hour battery playtime which extends to 24 hours with the included charging case. Rapid-charge takes less than 2 hours. so you never have to worry about charging!

What is Transparency mode?

Hear some of your surroundings

  • Long tap on Left Earbud to Activate/De-Activate Hellblocker-Active noise cancellation. (not funcitonal while on calls)
  • Two short taps on left earbud to Activate Transparency mode where you can hear some of your surroundings (not funcitonal while on calls)
  • One short tap on left earbud to De-Activate transparency mode


How to update firmware?

Please make sure the earbuds case is open earbuds are connected to phone and app, and the Earbuds are inside the case while executing the firmware update.

if firmware update fails, make sure earbuds are not connected to a different device in parallel.

How to replace the charging case shells?

Gently lift the magnetic top of the case by using the small hatch, and replace with the new shell. note charging case shells are magnetic and can only clip in one (accurate) direction
