To Quickly Activate & Pair:

1. Remove/peel the plastic covers on the earbuds charging tips

2. Place Earbuds Back in Case. Close Case + Re-Open the Case

3. Pair with your mobile device (via bluetooth settings when case is open)

4. If cant see 'Heavys Earbuds' under devices, click the quick-pairing button

5. Download Heavys Mobile App available on: (APPLE) (GOOGLE PLAY)
* follow instructions in the app to update to latest firmware with latest features and sound.
* Enable the EQ to personalize your sound

Still Have Trouble pairing:?

Make sure white stickers are peeled, earbuds are in the case, case is open and earbuds are connected to phone and app
if firmware update fails, make sure earbuds are not connected to a different device in parallel.

Additional TIPS:
1. Transparency mode & Noise Cancellation

Long tap on Left Earbud to Activate/De-Activate Hellblocker-Active noise cancellation. (not funcitonal while on calls)
Two short taps on left earbud to Activate Transparency mode where you can hear some of your surroundings (not funcitonal while on calls)
One short tap on left earbud to De-Activate transparency mode

2. Need more Volume or Dynamic Range?
Disable 'Audio Normalization' in Spotify and Disable 'Soundcheck' in AppleMusic.

3. Ensure Proper Fit by choosing the right eartip available in the box (silicone or foam)

Bought it for gaming

Bought it with the gaming bundle as I saw a review recommending them for that. I went from a good Steelseries gaming headset and I was amazed of the difference. Directional sound is way better - Arc Raiders is very different now and I love it. Both the headset and the game :)

One of the best earbuds I've ever owned! Clear sound, great bass, and decent comfort. The battery life is also something to behold as well, long lasting for many jam sessions! The memory foam tips also are surprisingly comfortable compared to the gels, but it does give you some fatigue after a long while of use and a little difficult to clean after a bit. Overall, these are just as amazing as the H1H headphones, and I'm glad I have both to rock out however I want!

Believe the hype. Just got mine today and I couldn’t be happier. We’ll put together and appears to be built to stand the test of time. Sound is clean, crisp, smooth and the right amount of base. If you are considering buying these headphones 10/10 pull the trigger. The H1H outperform every pair of headphones I’ve ever used (Beats,Sony,Bose,Apple) there is nothing in the $200-600 range that relatively compares to them. Whether you’re listening to dubstep, country, metal, or anything else the clarity is absolutely peak. Other companies have apps with equalizers, Heavy’s doesn’t need an app because they made their headphones right. In addition, they’re built with nothing less than quality, no plastic junk. I wish I could say I’m sponsored but this is a real testament, not a paid one like you’ll read on other headphones.

Great sound

Great sound, worth every penny. Case has a strong magnetic shut. But the extra case does a great job at keeping it safe. I do wish the app did a little more.

Was very impressed with the full mix of bass mid and treble with the 2 tweeters on each ear. And with the heavys app giving you full simple control of the EQ to adjust everything to your specific wants. I get the volume and ranges that i always wanted out of a pair of headphones. And the interchangable shells are sick. Darko, Spite, Suicide Silence and Fear Nation have never sounded so good without a good stereo. Very impressed and i hope your business thrives in the upcoming years!

Absolutely Top Tier

Head phones are a huge part of my life from work, the gym, household chores, to just everyday life. And I’ve used them all, I prefer quality over quantity so you can imagine the money I have spent for quality sound. I can’t begin to describe how fantastic these headphones are, from opening the box to the first pairing this experience has been beyond expectation. Delivers what's promised

I've had better noise cancelling and better sound overall. But I've never had better sound specifically for metal music! The headphones are very confortable. I love that I can customize mt Heavy's with custom shells. The ones I want are out of stock so I haven't yet. But I will sooner or later. I'll probably order the in ear Heavy's in the future as well.
