Shipping Methods

We offer standard and express shipping worldwide through trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, Asendia and other local carriers depending on your location.

Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address once an order has been confirmed.

Shipping Addresses

We ship to residential and commercial addresses in the U.S. and internationally. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to restrictions on shipping battery-powered electronics.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. HEAVYS is not responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to incorrect address information.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Express: 1–5 business days 

• Standard: 5–12 business days

• Puerto Rico & Hawaii: Up to 21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on your order and destination and are shown at checkout. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders and destinations.

Shipping fees may not always be refundable.

Delays & Lost Packages

If your shipment is delayed or lost, we'll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Customs processing may cause additional delays and is outside our control.

If you added Checkout+ by Onward to your order, then you're covered for lost packages as stated in their policy.

Taxes & Duties

Duties and VAT are included in the price when stated at checkout.

If duties and taxes are not shown as included at checkout, they will still be charged for when you order and paid via our courier services, which will remove the need for you to pay any applicable VAT, duties, taxes, tariffs, or other import charges imposed by your local authorities.

Any refund or reshipment will be at HEAVYS' discretion and may be subject to additional shipping fees.
