Warranty

Warranty Coverage:

We offer a one-year limited warranty on all of our headphones. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that may occur during normal use of the product.‍

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect of the product, such as dropping the headphones or exposing them to extreme temperatures. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications to the product. The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, including wear and tear of the ear pads and head pads.

Warranty Claim:

If you experience a problem with your headphones that is covered by the warranty, please contact our customer service team at support@heavys.com. We may request that you provide proof of purchase and/or send the product back to us for inspection. If the problem is determined to be covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you.

Warranty Duration:

The warranty period begins on the date of shipemnt and lasts for one year. If the product is repaired or replaced under warranty, the original warranty period will still apply.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product due to manufacturing defects. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the product.‍

Warranty Transfer:

This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. I hope this updated policy better reflects your needs.‍

**Any limitations of liability in this warranty document shall not apply to (i) death or personal injury pursuant to any mandatory law on product liability; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) intentional misconduct or gross negligence; (iv) or a culpable breach of major contractual obligations. A damages claim based on a breach of major contractual obligations or gross negligence will be limited to foreseeable damage typical for the sale contract concerned.
