Got Questions?
Will this work with my console/PC/mobile setup?
Yes.
Works with Xbox One/Series X|S, PlayStation 4/5, and PC.
The bundle includes a cable splitter to two 3.5mm jacks. The 3.5mm cable connects to controllers; use USB-C for PC.
When the headset is wireless, it can have latency, and the digital mic doesn't connect to all consoles. Our gaming cable solves that.
Competitive gaming? Use the wired 3.5mm for true zero-latency audio. Casual sessions? Go wireless with 50-hour battery life. You get both.

Are these good for music and everyday listening too?
Absolutely. The Heavys H1H is a versatile headset designed for both, built to deliver exceptional sound for music as well as gaming.
Is the mic cable good enough for team chat and streaming?
Yes. Crystal-clear dynamic mic for Discord, party chat, and streaming. Detachable for solo gaming.
How does the 8-driver system support gaming?
4 drivers per ear (8 total) create a Natural Sound Field, with sound positioned in 3D space. Pinpoint footsteps, gunfire, and voice comms. Dedicated drivers prevent bass from drowning out critical cues.
How are these different than the Heavys H1H?
The core headphones are the same versatile H1H headphones. However, this bundle includes custom gaming shells as well as the premium gaming cable, which includes zero-latency communications alongside best-in-class sound (most consoles don't support Bluetooth for headphones well).
Competitive gaming? Use the wired 3.5mm for true zero-latency audio.
Casual sessions? Go wireless with 50-hour battery life. You get both.
Are these wired or wireless?
Heavys H1H are wireless via bluetooth 5.1.
For a zero-latency wired experience use the included cable.
