  1. 1. Remove the white plastic covers from the earbuds charging tips
  2. 2. Place earbuds back in case → Close and re-open the case
  3. 3. Pair with your mobile device via Bluetooth (while case is open)
  4. 4. If you don’t see "Heavys Earbuds", press the pairing button inside the case
  5. 5. Download the Heavys Mobile App
    + Update firmware for best sound
    + Enable EQ while playing music

Additional Tips

1. Noise Cancellation & Transparency

  • Long tap left earbud → Toggle Active Noise Cancellation (not during calls)
  • Double tap left earbud → Activate Transparency Mode (not during calls)
  • Single tap left earbud → Turn off Transparency Mode

2. Improve Volume & Sound

Disable "Audio Normalization" (Spotify) and "Sound Check" (Apple Music)

3. Ensure Proper Fit

Use the correct ear tips (silicone or foam) for best comfort and sound

4. Troubleshooting

  • Ensure stickers are removed and earbuds are properly placed in open case
  • If update fails, disconnect from other devices
