I genuinely love them. The EQ settings in the app are super useful for tuning the sound exactly to your liking. Once I got my custom wave dialed in for my metalcore and heavy tracks, oh wow... it is a completely euphoric experience. Great bass, treble, and an awesome mix of everything in between. Highly recommend giving these a try!
This product represents a band that I like to listen to, and this is the album cover that represents the band. It is beautiful and they did a good job.
These things are insanely good. I bought them accidentally while looking at the price through AEW and it turned into a really happy accident. The range of sound is remarkably layered and they are heavy as hell without blowing your ears out. Loud isn’t the right word. They’re full. Amazing accidental purchase.
Awesome earbuds. I also have the H1H headphones. Both are the best headphones and earbuds I have very purchased.
Great fit, looks sick! The added BABYMETAL headphone bag was a huge plus, but my daughter quickly stole the bag from me 🤣.
Just got my headphones and they sound amazing, and are super comfortable!
Absolutely the best headphones I’ve ever owned in 10 years of my life keep up the incredible work
They arrived ahead of expectations. The H1H headphones are sturdy and very comfortable. The sound quality is great unless the streamed audio file is inferior or lower resolution. The bass does hit heavy unlike other headphones before. I’d love to use them while mowing but am afraid of what the dust will do to them. A dust cover to protect all of the openings and controls would be nice. I use the volume on my phone anyways.
Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but after finally receiving them and testing them for about 2 hours, can definitely say it was worth the wait.
Fits my head very well and definitely feel the durability when holding them or wearing them. The Hell Blocker mode (the Active Noise-Canceling mode, love the name change) works well, can't hear almost anything in the room. Will test these later when on an airplane flight. Decent volume control as well, at 15-20% volume and its plenty of loud.
Glad for the purchase. 🤘🏻
I’m a major headphones guy, I prefer to listen to music that way, and have a considerable collection of headphones, earbuds, and IEMs of all shapes, sizes and price ranges. As a long time music lover in his fifties, I have an experienced ear and consider myself something of an audiophile.
I came across Heavys through their partnership with AEW, but had dismissed the headphones as they were marketed as more for Rock and Metal than the musical genres I listen to most - Electronica, Ambient, Dance and Classical. After seeing the headphones at this year’s All In at Wembley, I had turned down the chance to listen to them - my ears were a bit pained due to the noise made by 50,000 wrestling fans! However, the excellent discount offered at the event persuaded me to give the headphones a try, and I am so glad I did.
Yes, they’re marketed as Rock and Metal headphones, but they aren’t only good for that type of music. The multiple speakers and drivers in each earpiece make all genres of music sound fantastic - the clarity and separation of each instrument is fantastic, and the wide soundstage creates an extremely good listening experience you would expect from a much more expensive set of headphones. Where these headphones truly excel is with music that has a ‘bit of Oomph’, and I can honestly say say I have never listened to any other headphones with such good sub-bass, they makes songs like ‘Like a G6’ and ‘RATATA’ sound better than I’ve ever heard through headphones.
I have a number of tracks that I use to test every set of earbuds or headphones I buy or try out, they give a good test across the board of a set of headphone’s capabilities. These Heavy’s H1Hs surpassed every expectation I had of them!
The Hell Freezes Over live version of Hotel California is the first test I do, and the Heavys didn’t let me down - the clarity and separation were both splendid - each instrument was clear and defined, you could even hear the guitar strings reverberating, and make out individual crowd members’ positions in the room. When the drums kicked in, they were deep and booming, but not muffled, they were clear and powerful. I have listened to this track on over a hundred different sets of headphones or earbuds, and I’d put the Heavys in the top 5 without hesitation, alongside far pricier rivals. They continued to impress me through other test tracks - Down with the Sickness, Some Justice, RATATA, Don’t Start Now, Paradise City, Money for Nothing, Imagination, Hoppipola, Halcyon and On, High and Low, Like a G6, Unfinished Sympathy, Firestarter, The Dark Rising, even Elgar, Rachmaninov and Beethoven - everything I threw at the Heavys sounded great, whatever the genre. They particularly excelled at the stuff you’d probably listen to loud, as I said before the sub bass is a joy to behold through these cans!
If you get a chance to try a pair of Heavys, do it. You will be impressed, these bad boys are punching well above their weight and sound as good as headphones that cost 4 or 5 times as much. I’ve not even picked up another set of headphones since these arrived last week, which is surprising to me as I usually have a favourite set for each type of music, even a specific set for different artists. Heck I’ve even used my Heavys with my XBox X, when I have a fantastic set of gaming headphones. And yes, they’re great for gaming too - the clarity and spatial positioning work great for knowing exactly where your enemies are coming from.
So in summary, these are fantastic headphones, sounding like headphones far more expensive. They’re not just Metal headphones, they make every genre sound great. If you get a chance, give them a try, you’ll be situated how good they actually are.
Bought these for my partners birthday as he’s a metal lover, they are incredible! I could hear them stood by our flats front door and he was 3 floors down!
Amazing headphones and side plates
Not worth almost 300 without sale but worth the 200 i paid good noise canceling good sound quality.
A must have for Bullet for My Valentine fans with H1H headphones! They look super premium and the artwork pops so well! Get them! And if you don't have H1H headphones yet, why the heck not!!!???
idk why people talking smack. lots of people actually said they were base heavy. that would be my only complaint as they actually aren't as base heavy. so I don't know what they're talking about. but you can definitely crank these bad boys up. they get loud. I don't know why people are saying they're not loud. I like them! I do honestly think the old school beats are louder. but they don't sound as good. not as much clarity and definition. would definitely buy these though.
