How is the battery life?

The Earbuds have a full 7 Hour battery playtime which extends to 24 hours with the included charging case. Rapid-charge takes less than 2 hours. so you never have to worry about charging!

Are these Earbuds wireless?

Yes the H1E are TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Earbuds, they connect via low-latency Bluetooth 5.4 to your favorite media device

The Preorder pricing has Limited quantity, on a first come first serve basis. There may an opportunity to purchase additional sets in the future, but we can not guarantee when or that it will be at the same price.

How to update my H1E firmware?

Please make sure the earbuds case is open earbuds are connected to phone and app, and the Earbuds are inside the case while executing the firmware update.

if firmware update fails, make sure earbuds are not connected to a different device in parallel.

Yes the Audio legend Axel Grell himself designed these groundbreaking all new Heavys H1E Earbuds and tuned them personally in his lab in Germany

Can I connect to two Devices

YES you can connect to more than one device simultaneously

How to replace the charging case shells?

Gently lift the magnetic top of the case by using the small hatch, and replace with the new shell. note charging case shells are magnetic and can only clip in one (accurate) direction

yes there is a quick user guide at the bottom of the earbuds box and also on this page

How Do I pair the Earbuds

when you get the earbuds, peel off the covers on the charging tips, and take them out of the box. this will make shells pair automatically with nearest device. if you were not able to pair this way, put the earbuds back in the charging case and press the quick-pairing button in the middle of the case.
