Sponsor: HEAVYS Inc.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of HEAVYS Inc., its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins upon publication and ends March 31, 2027 at 11:59 PM PT.

How to Enter: Subscribe to the HEAVYS email list through the designated Sweepstakes signup form during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive one HEAVYS Shell signed by the featured artist. Prize has no cash alternative and may not be transferred or substituted, except at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection: One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering and must respond within seven (7) days. If the potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Email Marketing: By submitting the Sweepstakes signup form, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from HEAVYS. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing will not invalidate an otherwise eligible Sweepstakes entry already submitted.

Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries involving fraud, abuse, tampering, or violation of these Official Rules and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control affect its administration, security, or fairness.

Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless HEAVYS Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy: Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with HEAVYS' Privacy Policy.

Governing Law: The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
