Low Volume Issue
Step 1: Confirm Volume Settings
Aux Mode: If using an aux cable:
In active mode (powered ON) ensure the firmware is updated.
In passive mode (powered OFF), volume control is based on your device (phone, tablet, etc.).
Step 2: Check Streaming Apps
If the issue occurs only with streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.), check if audio normalization is enabled.
Disable audio normalization in the app settings (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music) to improve loudness.
Step 3: Device Volume Controls
For Apple devices: Check if "Headphone Safety" is enabled and limiting volume.
For Android devices: Ensure "Absolute Volume" isn’t limiting loudness. You can turn this off in the developer options.
Step 4: Contact Support
If the issue persists, contact our support team with details about the device and how you’re using the headphones.
