Why Does Heavys have 8 Drivers and What Does that mean

The HEAVYS H1H headphones have 4 drivers in each ear cup instead of 2 Two tweeters forming a line array that radiates sound from the front of the ear. These sound waves are shaped by the individual ear of the listener so that the sound arrives at the eardrum in as if it were coming from a sound source directly in front of the listener. This results in a very natural tonality and sound stage.
The two woofers with their large active area provide a very uncompressed bass foundation. Distortion is drastically reduced by the active area being more than twice as large. The overall reproduction is clearer as both harmonic distortion and, due to the separate tweeter and woofer, Doppler distortion are audibly reduced.

in other words:

The HEAVYS H1H headphones feature four drivers in each ear cup, compared to the typical two. Two of these drivers are tweeters (the smaller ones with higher frequency) arranged in a line array, which direct sound forward, towards your ears. The shape of your ears then helps shape the sound, making it feel as if the sound is coming from directly in front of you, creating a more natural and accurate soundstage.

The two woofers (the larger ones with lower frequencies), with their large surface area, provide a deep, uncompressed bass response. The larger active area reduces distortion significantly, delivering clearer, more detailed bass.

Overall, the sound quality is clearer, with reduced harmonic and Doppler distortion, thanks to the separate tweeters and woofers. This results in more precise and natural sound reproduction.
